Features Each allottee
will be given a Golf Buggie or People Mover, this will be used once
residents have entered the Township and this adds great value to the
ambiance of Diamond Valley.
Here residents can enjoy the surroundings of Diamond Valley, traveling
along the purposely designed cart paths enjoying the comforts of
‘Their Home’, a short travel to and from park facilities or just
leisure mid afternoon drive will quickly have the body and mind
refreshed. The Buggies will be electric powered therefore eliminating
pollution and also noise, the true essence of our project.
Minimum 40 Ft. 60 Ft Bitumen road also
each road having an extra 10 Feet of pathing used for Walking,
Jogging and Carting. All roads will have guttering along them, flat
and will be well maintained also.
Palm Trees consisting of 10 species and
over 1000 mostly matured plants giving ambiance immediate effect;
these will be bordering Central Park as well as common road
entrance. They provide much needed shade and add to the resort style
theme which the project is based.
